A lifelong resident of New Orleans, Nicole began her real estate career in 2001 with French Quarter Realty. After living in the Faubourg Marigny for the past five years, she now resides in the Bywater, a neighborhood adjacent to the Faubourg Marigny and the French Quarter.

Early on in her career, Nicole managed 11 Condominium Associations and over 30 single family and multifamily rental properties. Nicole currently manages 12 single family and multifamily rental properties throughout the metro area. She has placed over 500 people from all over the United States and other countries in rentals throughout the French Quarter, Faubourg Marigny, Bywater, Algiers Point, Faubourg St John and Uptown.

A recent achievement for Nicole is a 2007 New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors Silver Award. Nicole's goal is to offer her expertise in real estate sales. She prides herself on making each real estate transaction flow smoothly and efficiently. In addition to listing and selling properties, Nicole continues to manage rental properties by placing qualified candidates in each available rental unit. She is focused on bringing both buyers and sellers, property owners and tenants, together.

In her spare time, Nicole enjoys attending the local art markets, food and music festivals, reading, cooking and hanging out with her family, friends and her two cats.
