Ms. Preston is a native and lifelong resident of New Orleans, Louisiana. She earned her undergraduate degree, majoring in Political Science with a minor in French, from Louisiana State University in 2007. While at LSU, she studied abroad in Paris, France, was an active member of the Delta Delta Delta Sorority, and her scholastic achievements earned her the distinct honor of Chancellor’s List and membership in the Honors College. Ms. Preston attended Loyola University Law School where she was a member of the moot court executive board and the brief writer for the National Pepperdine Entertainment Law Moot Court Competition. Ms. Preston also served as a moot court teaching assistant and a teaching assistant for the international law program in Vienna, Austria. Ms. Preston is registered to practice in all state and federal courts in Louisiana. She is a member of the St. Thomas More Inn of Courts, the Federal Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, and the New Orleans Bar Association. She volunteers her time working for the Homeless Experience Legal Protection Program
